RFP 24-021 - State Aid Management System Modernization
The °ÄÃÅÌØÂëÍõ (NYSED) Office of Management Services (OMS) is undertaking a significant technology modernization effort by migrating the State Aid Management System (SAMS) from its current legacy platform to a cloud-based low code development platform (LCDP) and a cloud-based Decision Management System (DMS). The SAMS application is critical for identifying and disbursing $30 billion in aid annually to approximately 700 Districts and BOCES in °ÄÃÅÌØÂëÍõ.
