Module 8, Completing the End-of-Year Data Form, will guide participants through the process of filling out the NYSSB End-of-Year Data Form, including how to submit an error-free form.Ìý For this reason, it is primarily suited for the Coordinator, although it is always helpful to have a second person on your team who knows how to fill out the form.
