The Office of Innovation and School Reform (OISR) is responsible for the implementation of and which establish intervention authority for districts and the Department in turning around of Struggling Schools. OISR leads a performance management and reporting process designed to connect schools and district with solutions- and research-based innovative practices drawing from field-proven expertise.
